GUEST BOOKING AGREEMENT

Melanated Glow Retreat – September 4-7, 2026 |Costa Rica 2026

By submitting payment, Guest agrees to the following terms:

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS

  • Lodging (4 days / 3 nights)

  • Transportation during retreat

  • Chef-prepared meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

  • Daily curated experiences and activities

  • Wellness programming (yoga, stretch sessions, etc.)

  • Photography & videography coverage

Flights are NOT included in the base package.

OPTIONAL FLIGHT BOOKING SERVICE

Flights may be arranged through Legacy Quest Services for:

  • $75 non-refundable booking fee per person, plus

  • The full cost of the flight

Flight bookings:

  • Must be paid in full at time of booking

  • Become non-refundable after 24 hours

  • Are subject to airline policies and price changes

PAYMENT TERMS

A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required to secure your reservation.

The remaining balance may be paid in full or through the following structured payment plan:

Payment Schedule (if utilizing payment plan):

  • Deposit: $350 (due at booking)

  • June 15, 2026: $1,500

  • July 15, 2026: $1,200

  • August 5, 2026: Remaining balance

All payments must be completed no later than 30 days prior to the retreat.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

All payments will be processed via PayPal.

A 3.5% credit card processing fee will be applied to any payment made using a credit card.

Alternative payment methods may be accepted at the discretion of Legacy Quest Services.

FAILURE TO MAKE PAYMENTS

Failure to make payments by the scheduled due dates may result in:

  • Loss of reservation

  • Forfeiture of all payments made

  • Reassignment of your spot to another guest

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Deposit: Non-refundable

  • 60+ days prior to retreat:

Payments refundable minus deposit

  • 31–59 days prior:

50% of total paid refundable

  • 0–30 days prior:

No refunds

TRANSFER POLICY

Reservations may be transferred to another qualified individual with written approval from Legacy Quest Services

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Legacy Quest Services is not responsible for:

  • Flight delays

  • Illness

  • Personal emergencies

  • Missed travel

LIABILITY WAIVER

Guest acknowledges participation in activities at their own risk.

Legacy Quest Services shall not be held liable for:

  • Injuries

  • Loss of personal property

  • Third-party vendor issues

MEDIA RELEASE

Guest grants permission to be photographed and recorded for promotional use.

AGREEMENT

By submitting payment, Guest acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this

Agreement.
