Round-trip ground transportation in Costa Rica

Are flights included in the price?
No. Flights are not included, but can be booked through us for an additional $100 booking fee plus the cost of the flight.
Can I book my own flight?
Yes, you can book your own flight if you prefer. If you’d like us to handle your flight arrangements, there’s a $100 booking fee (no deposit required).
Note: Flights booked through us are nonrefundable after 24 hours of booking
Is airport transportation included? Yes, round-trip ground transportation to and from the airport in Costa Rica is included for all guests who arrive and depart within the designated travel times.
What airport should I fly into? We will update once confirmed | e.g., Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO))
Can I arrive early or stay longer? Yes, but transportation outside the official trip dates (March 19–22) may not be included and could require additional arrangements.
Where will we be staying? Guests will stay in a four-star property (exact stay details will be shared closer to the trip date).What are the room rates?

Can I request a specific roommate? Yes! If you are traveling with friends, please list your roommate(s) at the time of booking so that room assignments can be made accordingly.
Is breakfast included? No, breakfast is not included daily with your stay.
What activities are included? Two activities are included in your package. Options will be provided to guests closer to departure to select their preferred experiences.What is the itinerary?
A general itinerary will include:

• Friday–Saturday: Activities, beach day, and optional photography/drone sessions
• Sunday: Departure
Are photo shoots available? Yes — unique photography and drone spots will be available for those who want to capture the experience.
How do I reserve my spot? A $100 deposit secures your spot.
When are payments due? Initial Deposit Deadline: January 22, 2026
Final Payment Deadline: February 22, 2026
Is the deposit refundable? Deposits are nonrefundable, as they go toward reserving your lodging and activities.
What payment methods are accepted? PayPal
Is travel insurance included? Travel insurance is not included, but can be added for $100 per person. It’s highly recommended to protect against unforeseen changes or emergencies.
Can I get a refund if I cancel? Trip deposits are nonrefundable | Flights booked through us are nonrefundable after 24 hours of booking | Other refund policies may depend on the hotel and activity providers.
